Complete the required classroom portion online through Google Classroom at your own pace.
6 Hours Behind-the-Wheel Instruction
Three 2-hour, one-on-one driving sessions with a certified instructor. Behind-the-wheel instruction is completed in a student-provided vehicle.
DPS Certificate of Completion
Earn your DPS Certificate upon successful completion of the program.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
1. Complete Section 1 Online
Complete the assigned lessons and successfully pass the Section 1 quizzes.
2. Complete Driving Session 1
Schedule and complete your first 2-hour behind-the-wheel session.
3. Complete Section 2, Then Driving Session 2
Continue your online coursework, pass the required quizzes, then complete your second driving session.
4. Complete Section 3, Then Driving Session 3
Finish the remaining coursework and complete your final 2-hour driving session.
5. Complete the Program
After successfully completing all required online instruction and driving sessions, receive your DPS Certificate of Completion.
